भोपाल कोर्ट ने मंगलवार (2 जून) को त्विशा शर्मा के पति समर्थ सिंह और उनकी सास गिरिबाला सिंह को 14 दिन की न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया। इन दोनों पर दहेज हत्या का आरोप है और इनके खिलाफ केस दर्ज किया गया।
Bhopal: A Bhopal court on Tuesday sent Tvisha Sharma’s husband Samarth Singh and her mother-in-law Giribala Singh to 14-day judicial custody. Both of them are accused of dowry death and a case was registered against them.
PTI की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, कोर्ट ने आज इन दोनों को न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया। शुक्रवार को कोर्ट ने इन दोनों को पांच दिन की CBI हिरासत में भेजा था।
According to the PTI report, the court today sent both of them to judicial custody. On Friday, the court sent both of them to five-day CBI custody. 33 साल की त्विशा शर्मा 12 मई को भोपाल में अपने ससुराल में मृत पाई गई थीं। उनके खिलाफ भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) की धारा 80(2) (दहेज हत्या), 85 (क्रूरता) और 3(5) (साझा इरादा) और दहेज निषेध अधिनियम की धारा 3 (दहेज देना या लेना) और 4 (दहेज की मांग करना) के तहत FIR दर्ज की गई।
Tvisha Sharma, 33, was found dead at her in-laws’ house in Bhopal on May 12. An FIR was registered against them under Sections 80(2) (dowry death), 85 (cruelty) and 3(5) (common intention) of the Indian Judicial Code (BNS) and Sections 3 (giving or taking dowry) and 4 (demanding dowry) of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
