इंडियन इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट (IIM) इंदौर क्रिकेटर वैभव सूर्यवंशी (15) को केस स्टडी में शामिल करने जा रहा है। ‘वैभव मॉडल’ पर देश की पहली मल्टी-डिसिप्लिनरी स्टडी होगी। जिसमें खेल-मनोविज्ञान-प्रबंधन के एक्सपर्ट मिलकर छोटी उम्र में बड़ी सफलता का फॉर्मूला खोजेंगे।
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore is going to include cricketer Vaibhav Suryawanshi (15) in the case study. IIM Director Himanshu Roy said- This study will not only analyse Vaibhav’s achievements but will also deeply understand the social, psychological, familial and institutional factors that shape the talents who excel at a young age.
